Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all hygiene liners attached and intact

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, or any marks

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for alternate sizes or styles, subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty.

Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the item and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was received.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@meadowandcarmela.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
